Use the black bar at the bottom of your screen to choose the brand, model, and year of your motorcycle.

2️⃣ How do I view compatible products?
Simply click “Products for my bike” to automatically display all items compatible with your vehicle.

3️⃣ Can I customize my seat or seat cover?
Yes! With our “Configurator”, you can create your own custom design: colours, materials, stitching, embroidery, and more.

4️⃣ How do I add a product to my cart?
After choosing your item, click “Add to cart”.

5️⃣ How do I complete my order?
Go to your cart and follow the steps to confirm and pay for your purchase online.

The configurator allows you to customize your seat or seat cover according to your tastes and needs.
Here’s how to use it:

  • Select your motorcycle model using the black bar at the bottom of the screen

  • Click on the “Configurator” tab

  • Choose from the available options:
    – rider seat height (standard, low, high)
    – design (shapes, materials, stitching)
    – colours, finishes, and personalised embroidery
    – optional gel or heating

  • View your configuration in real time

  • Once you are satisfied, click “Add to cart” to place your order

🛠 Each seat / seat cover is then custom-made in our workshop according to your selections.

The “Products for my bike” page gathers all the items compatible with the motorcycle or scooter model you selected.

You will find in particular:

  • Grand Confort seats

  • Seat covers (standard or design versions)

  • Tank protectors

  • Handlebar muffs, saddlebags, and other accessories

Once your order is completed on our website, a confirmation message appears on your screen.
You will also receive an automatic confirmation email containing the summary of your order.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive several follow-up emails keeping you informed at each stage:

If the email is still missing:

  • Make sure the email address you entered during checkout matches the one you are checking

  • If needed, contact us at contact@topsellerie.com and include your full name and the product you ordered — we will resend your confirmation as quickly as possible.

It depends on the status of your order.
If production has not started yet, we can usually make the change.

👉 Once the order has entered production, it may be too late to modify it.

In any case, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@topsellerie.com, specifying your order number and the details to be corrected.

Yes, you can place an order without creating an account, as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track your order, access your invoices, and make future purchases more easily.

If your motorcycle does not appear in the configurator, here are a few tips:

  • Check the exact spelling of the model

  • Use a short keyword only (e.g.: Tracer, CB500, GT)

⚠️ Avoid hyphens ( - ) or overly long names: the search engine sometimes works with partial recognition, but a simplified search usually gives better results.

If your motorcycle still does not appear, it means we have not yet developed products for this model.
However, in most cases we can offer a custom-made solution if you send us your original seat.

This depends on the type of product ordered and the status of your order.

For standard products in stock, you can request a cancellation as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

For custom-made or personalised products (e.g. custom seats, personalised seat covers, tank protectors, or bags), cancellation is no longer possible once production has started, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Yes, several instalment payment options are available depending on the amount and the payment method selected:

Via PayPal: some orders may qualify for 3x or 4x interest-free payments, if this option is offered at checkout (depending on your PayPal account).

Via Paybox + Cofidis: we also offer a staggered payment solution through our partner Cofidis (availability depends on country and order amount).

A detailed invoice is automatically generated for every order.

Since Brexit, shipments from the European Union to the United Kingdom are subject to customs fees and local VAT.

💬 These charges are billed directly by UK customs at the time of delivery, via the carrier (e.g., DHL).
They are independent from our company and are not included in the prices displayed on our website.

👉 This applies to any order delivered outside the EU, in accordance with current customs regulations.

A deposit is required when you choose the standard exchange option, which consists of sending you a seat that is already ready (manufactured or reworked in our workshop) without waiting for you to return your original one first.

In return, you agree to send back your original seat, mainly so we can recover the seat base (the rigid shell with its mounting points).
The condition of the foam or cover does not matter, but the base must be complete and in usable condition.

🔒 How the deposit works:

  • It is pre-authorised at the time of ordering but not charged immediately

  • It is only charged 45 days after the order if the return has not been made

  • If the seat is received on time and in good condition, the deposit is not charged

  • In case of delay or if the base is unusable, the deposit is charged (and may be refunded later once regularised)

💳 During payment, the total amount (purchase + deposit) is validated through 3D Secure, but only the purchase amount is actually charged at that stage.
📦 Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
❌ PayPal payment is not available for this option.

👉 This system allows you to receive your new seat more quickly without immobilising your vehicle.

⏱️ Production times

The delivery time depends on the type of product ordered:

📦 For products in stock, shipping generally takes place within 48 to 72 business hours.

🛠️ For made-to-order or customised products, the average production time is 3 to 4 weeks.

👉 As soon as your order enters production, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the estimated delivery date.
A second email will be sent when your order is shipped, including a tracking link.

The average production time for a custom “à la carte” seat is 3 to 4 weeks.
This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the season (peak periods, holidays, order volume, etc.).

👉 As soon as your order enters production, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.
Once shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking link.

Products in stock are generally shipped within 48 to 72 business hours after your order is confirmed.

👉 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Several factors may explain why you have not yet received your order:

  • Your order may still be in production (average lead time: 3 to 4 weeks for an à-la-carte seat).

  • It may have already been shipped — please check your emails, you should have received a shipping notification with a tracking link.

  • During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, we apologise for the delay.

  • Your confirmation email, which includes the estimated delivery date and a tracking link if the order has already been shipped.

📅 In accordance with regulations, we do everything possible to ship your order within a reasonable timeframe.

📦 Delivery

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link provided by the carrier (DHL, Colissimo, etc.).

The carrier depends on your delivery country and the options available at the time of your order.

📍 During checkout, you will be able to choose your delivery method from the carriers available for your address (e.g. DHL, UPS, Colissimo, etc.).

💳 Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the selected carrier, the weight of your parcel, and your location.

Yes, but our website does not offer automatic pickup-point selection.

👉 If you want delivery to a pickup point, you must manually enter the full address of the pickup point (shop name + street + postcode + city) as the delivery address when placing your order.

📦 If the selected carrier accepts delivery to pickup points in your area, the parcel will be delivered there as requested.

❗ Make sure the pickup point is active and compatible with the chosen carrier.

No worries: if you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice or send you an email/SMS with instructions.

👉 Depending on the carrier, your parcel may be:

  • Re-delivered at a later date

  • Dropped off at a nearby pickup point or post office

  • Held at the carrier’s depot for a few days

📦 You will then be able to collect it with an ID, or reschedule a delivery through the tracking link.

❗ If you experience any issues or if the tracking remains unchanged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Yes, we deliver to most countries worldwide, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, the French overseas territories, and many other destinations.

📦 When placing your order, shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the delivery country and the weight of the parcel.
You will also be able to choose from the carriers available for your location.

🔹 Grand Confort Seat
This is a fully rebuilt seat, made in our workshops, including:

– A specific foam that is softer and significantly more comfortable
– An optimized ergonomic shape with an integrated backrest that fills the gap between rider and passenger, preventing forward sliding
– A brand-new, fully customizable cover
– Many customization options: gel, design, embroidery, colors, finishes…

🔹 Improvement of an Original Seat
We work directly on your original seat, with:

– Foam modification, including the option to lower the seating height
– The addition of gel and/or heating according to your needs
– Foam transformation while keeping the original cover for standard and low versions
– For the high version, a new cover is required

Yes, it is absolutely possible to order only a seat cover, without any foam or structural modifications.

👉 Three options are available:
Simple cover: close to the original manufacturer design, without visible stitching
Design cover: with modified shapes and stitching for a sportier or more customized look
Custom cover: created by you using our online configurator, with your choice of colors, finishes, and embroidery

This depends on the type of product you choose:

✅ You receive a complete seat, ready to install.
👉 You do not need to return your original seat.


🔹 Grand Confort Seat – Exchange Program

✅ We send you a ready-to-install seat compatible with your motorcycle.
📦 In return, you must send us your original seat (the base must be complete and in good condition).
💳 A deposit is required to guarantee the return of the original base.


🔹 Modification of Your Original Seat

🚚 You must send us your own seat, which we will modify according to your preferences (gel, foam, heating, design, etc.).

A seat that fits your body shape is essential for riding comfortably, maintaining good posture, and reducing fatigue—especially on long trips.

At Top Sellerie, several options are available:
Standard seat: original height and length
Low seat: ideal for easier access to the ground if you are shorter
High seat: for greater comfort if you are taller
Long seat: to benefit from extra space
Combined versions: low + long or high + long

👉 These configurations are available on our Grand Confort seats or through our online configurator.

✅ We review every order to ensure that the selected seat matches your body type.
This is why we ask for your height and weight when you confirm your order.

We offer several seat versions to best match your body shape and riding style:

Height and length similar to the original manufacturer seat, with a possible variation of ±1 cm.

🔹 Low

Reduced height, ideal for shorter riders or those who want easier access to the ground.

🔹 High

Increased height, providing more comfort if you are tall: your legs are less bent, which also opens the knee angle.

🔹 Long

Extended seating area for more space and greater freedom of movement.

🔹 Low + Long / High + Long

Combined versions allowing both height and length adjustment to meet your specific needs.

Gel is an insert integrated into the foam of the seat to significantly improve comfort, both for the rider and the passenger.

– Gel insert integrated into the foam, placed under the cover
– Finished with a layer of foam to maintain a natural seating feel
– Absorbs vibrations and relieves pressure points
– Improves long-distance comfort

🔹 Gel properties (important to specify)

It stays perfectly in place inside the foam, even in high temperatures.

🔹 Top Sellerie recommendation

We strongly recommend gel for low seat versions, where the foam is thinner: it compensates for the reduced volume while maintaining comfort.

🔹 Manufacturing

The gel is integrated directly into the foam during the manufacturing of our Grand Confort seats or during the transformation of your original seat.

If you ordered a Grand Confort seat with the heating option, installation is simple but requires a few important precautions:

🔌 1. Connecting the seat

Connect the two plugs located between the two parts of the seat.

⚠️ 2. Never connect the seat directly to the battery

The heating system must be wired through a relay with a 10A fuse.

🔧 3. Where to connect the relay?

You can connect the relay to:
– the headlights,
– or the ignition switch,
while respecting polarity:

Yes, our seats can retain the original heating system when we modify your own seat.

In the case of a loan seat, if you order a version with the original heating system, we will send you a seat already equipped with the original heating elements and connectors.

In this situation:

  • There is no need to select the “Heating” option in the configurator

  • The original heating system is preserved and integrated during production

  • The connection remains identical to the original: simple plug & play

  • Use a soft cloth, warm water and a mild soap

  • Then wipe with a clean, dry cloth

❌ Avoid abrasive products, solvents, aggressive detergents or high-pressure jets directly on the seat.
This could damage the stitching, embroidery or coverings.

💡 Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your seat and preserve its original appearance.

✅ Yes, our seats are designed to provide excellent waterproof protection:

  • All our cover materials are waterproof

  • Sealing tapes are applied under each stitching line

  • After foam modification, a protective plastic film is added to prevent moisture penetration

⚠️ To preserve your seat over the long term, we advise avoiding prolonged exposure to storms or heavy rain.
In such cases, using a protective cover on your motorcycle is strongly recommended.

🛠️ What happens during a Seat Transformation or Seat Exchange.

These are the two options available to you (in most cases) when purchasing a Top Sellerie seat:

🔁 Grand Comfort Seat – Standard Exchange (Seat loan)

  • ✅ We manufacture your customized seat on our own seat base

  • 🚚 You receive a complete seat ready to install immediately on your vehicle

  • 📦 After installation, you send your original seat back to us
    (the base must be in perfect condition — foam or cover damage is not an issue)

  • 💳 A security deposit is required when sending the loan seat, and will be automatically charged after 45 days if your original seat is not returned

👉 Benefit: no downtime for your motorcycle — you can continue riding.

🛠️ Transformation of your original seat

  • 🚚 You send your current seat in a box so we can transform it according to your configuration
    (gel insert, foam modification, heating, design, embroidery, etc.)

  • 📩 Upon receipt, you will receive an email confirmation that your seat has arrived in our workshop

  • 🛠️ We perform the transformation according to your choices

  • 📦 Once finished, your modified original seat is shipped back to you ready to install

👉 Benefit: you keep your original base with perfect fitment.

Yes — in cases where you have selected:

Standard Exchange: you receive a seat that is already ready to install, but you must return your original seat after reception.
This allows us to recover the base structure for reuse.

Transformation of your original seat: you must send us your own seat in advance.
The manufacturing process will only begin once your seat has arrived in our workshop.

📦 In both cases, returning your original seat is mandatory.

👉 If you do not wish to return your seat, we invite you to choose the option “Complete seat”, which includes a seat base.

When sending your seat to us (for a transformation or for the return of a standard exchange), please follow the instructions below:

✅ For transformations, send only the original seat, without any silent-blocks (rubber mounts).
✅ Pack it carefully in a strong cardboard box. For a standard exchange return, you may reuse the Top Sellerie packaging (just remember to remove the previous shipping label).
✅ Clearly include your full name and order number inside the package.

⚠️ Shipments outside the European Union

Please mark “Product return” on the customs declaration to avoid additional fees.
If customs charges are applied, they are your responsibility.

⚠️ If you are shipping from outside the European Union, please write “Product return” on the customs declaration to avoid extra fees.

If you have selected the Standard Exchange option, you must return your original seat within 45 days after placing your order.

📌 After this period, the security deposit will be automatically charged, unless the seat is received in the meantime.
In the case of a justified late return (exceptional reason), a full or partial refund of the deposit may be issued.

👉 We recommend sending your seat with signature on delivery and keeping proof of postage to avoid any dispute in case of non-receipt.

If you do not return your original seat as part of a Standard Exchange, the security deposit will be automatically charged after the maximum period of 45 days from the date of your order.

This deposit corresponds to the value of the seat base (rigid frame) required to recondition other seats for future customers.

📌 Without the return of your seat, the Standard Exchange automatically becomes a purchase of a complete seat.
In this case, the deposit is no longer refundable.

👉 If you are experiencing difficulties returning the seat within the deadline, please contact us before the cut-off date so we can review a possible solution.

The deposit applies only if you choose the Standard Exchange option.

🔹 Payment is secured via 3D Secure for the total amount (purchase + deposit), but only the purchase amount is charged immediately.
🔹 The deposit is pre-authorized, but not charged at the time of the order.
🔹 If you return your original seat within 45 days, the pre-authorization is automatically cancelled and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
🔹 If the return is late or if the seat base is unusable, the deposit will be automatically charged.

👉 If the seat is received after the charge and it is compliant, a full or partial refund may be issued within a reasonable timeframe.

📦 Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the seat base must be in good structural condition.

🧑‍🔧 Installation & Compatibility

Yes, you can install the seat yourself, without any technical skills: it mounts exactly like the original seat and only takes a few seconds.

👉 In most cases, you simply need to clip or screw it in place, depending on your motorcycle’s fixing system.
👉 On some models, you may need to gently push the seat forward to correctly position the additional foam located at the front.
👉 For seats equipped with central plastic tabs, press firmly near the backrest so the tabs lock properly into their slots.

Simply select your brand, model and year of motorcycle or scooter in the black bar at the bottom of the website, then click “Products for my bike”.
All displayed products are specifically compatible with the model you selected.

👉 If no product appears, it means we have not yet developed a seat or accessory for this vehicle.
However, a custom transformation is possible if you send us your original seat.

🔍 Good to know: for some models with the same name (e.g. Bandit), multiple seat base variants may exist.
In this case, our team will contact you by email after your order to request photos of the top and underside of your seat, in order to confirm exact compatibility before production.

Yes, our seat covers are designed to fit perfectly onto the original foam and base of your seat.

🔧 Installation only requires a bit of care and basic tools (a manual or pneumatic stapler is recommended).

✅ It is very important to stretch the cover properly during installation:
it must be tightly fitted to avoid wrinkles and ensure a clean, durable finish.

The seat installs exactly like the original one, using the original fixings (clips or screws).
It mounts in just a few seconds, with no modifications needed.


🧵 Seat Cover (simple or design)

🔧 Yes, a few basic tools are needed:

  • Powerful manual or pneumatic stapler

  • Recommended stainless steel staples: 6 to 8 mm

  • Screwdriver to remove old staples if necessary

  • Some patience to stretch the cover properly, avoid wrinkles, and obtain a clean, durable finish

🧲 Tank Protector

🔧 No tools required

The tank cover attaches easily using the adjustable straps provided.

Recommended instructions:

  • Pass the front strap around the steering column and tighten lightly

  • Attach the side hooks at the tank’s welding point

  • Tighten gradually while keeping the fuel cap aligned

  • For tubular frames: pass the side strap around the tube, through the buckle, then tighten


♨️ Heating Option (heating pad)

🔧 Yes, electrical connection is required:

  • Never connect directly to the battery

  • Add a relay with a 10A fuse

  • Possible connection to the ignition or headlights

  • Respect polarity: Red (+) / Black (–)

Yes, in most cases:

Grand Confort seats:

Usually, firmly pushing the front of the seat forward and downward is enough to lock it into place.
